MODNEX INTEL/KATSURA WORLDWIDE: RED ALERT - KATSURA'S "SHOCKING SDSU GPA & CONTEMPT OF COURT DISCOVERY"

"RED ALERT - Okay, this is what I know so far. My grad school screwed up on my GPA employing an "unscientific method" which turned 'W' and 'I' grades into 'F' grade points and then averaged them into my overall GPA. It turned my legitimate, "scientific" GPA of 3.93 (out of a 4.0 scale) into something around 2.17, and made me a "falsifier" in my grad application to UCSB (after leaving SDSU's grad pr...ogram) for grad school and every job application and resume, thereafter. I had no idea SDSU had made this methodological/administr error, but it produces an "invalid" GPA which doesn't measure what GPA is supposed to be measuring. Even if using extrapolation, the matter is even worse as not only can GPAs be "invalid" but also the method is "unreliable," as well, since not all courses are structured to be "progressive" over the timelines of the course. Some courses, such as Japanese, are taught in distinct capsules which test different skills and abilities. Exam 1 can be all about memorization, while Exam 3 can be all about pronunciation. In short, you cannot employe statistical extrapolation based on Exams 1 & 2 to determine how the student would have performed on the remaining examinations. This, apparently, has bee going on since 1992-93 when I left their program (18 years of misrepresentation/defamation, etc.). Please give me a break if you see my resume or application, if you will. The CA Office of the Governor is supposed to get back to me with documentation on their end in the coming days. A complaint was filed with their office on December 8th, 2011. They have 30 days to respond. I thank you all for your sympathies and support in a matter which has destroyed pretty much everything, and left me with no assets of which to speak.
When I figured it all out, I didn't know what to feel it's so preposterous . . . All this just because I wanted to better myself through a public higher education . . . My folks are victims of the Japanese American internment camps. It was a huge battle for redress. Now, I have a battle for the same.
AND, While we lacked a motive for this gal at SDSU's Financial Aid/Student Loan Collections to lie to the authorities/court in a 1997 hearing where I got tagged for "verbal abuse," . . . we now have at least TWO MOTIVES. FIRST, the SDSU community thought I was lying about my GPA earned at their university, which made them look bad, even though it was SDSU's error in methods for calculating... my GPA. SECOND, the SDSU Financial Aid/Loan Collections Office screwed up my financial aid, forcing me to withdraw from my courses my last semester there, and after having earned straight 'A's the previous 2 semesters, in the first place! This forced me to take out an emergency student loan of $500 from their office, just to survive and wait, w/o books and materials, for my financial aid to arrive. Well, the F/Aid arrived too late. I complained to the Ombudsman and they investigated and reprimanded the SDSU F/Aid/Ln Collections Office. For these 2 issues, compounded together, the gal retaliated 5 yrs. later in her collection of the emergency student loan debt! She made a verbal deal with me to release my transcripts if I paid her $250. The transcripts never arrived at UCSB. She claimed she never made the agreement. What she did was retaliate for the 2 issues. She engaged in a "passive-aggressive" hate crime that sent me reeling . . . She obviously didn't do it for the money. Neither of us, it appears, knew at that time that my GPA was in error, reduced via "unscientific methodology" from 3.93 out of a 4.0 scale, to approximately 2.17 . . ." The gal now has a "double and compounded motive" for lying to the authorities and the court and was in clear criminal contempt of court." To think that it was her office that led to this entire fiasco in the first place is mind boggling.
Now, just because SDSU's campus looks like a fortified Hispanic styled "Cold War" bomb shelter . . . doesn't mean the personnel are poor or are from disadvantaged backgrounds . . .
Don't let that "I work for food" apparel selection fool you. On the weekends many of them are doing their tourism region thing, you know, out at country clubs, La Costa, La Jolla, Mission Valley, etc., etc.

"RED ALERT - Okay, this is what I know so far. My grad school screwed up on my GPA employing an "unscientific method" which turned 'W' and 'I' grades into 'F' grade points and then averaged them into my overall GPA. It turned my legitimate, "scientific" GPA of 3.93 (out of a 4.0 scale) into something around 2.17, and made me a "falsifier" in my grad application to UCSB (after leaving SDSU's grad pr...ogram) for grad school and every job application and resume, thereafter. I had no idea SDSU had made this methodological/administr error, but it produces an "invalid" GPA which doesn't measure what GPA is supposed to be measuring. Even if using extrapolation, the matter is even worse as not only can GPAs be "invalid" but also the method is "unreliable," as well, since not all courses are structured to be "progressive" over the timelines of the course. Some courses, such as Japanese, are taught in distinct capsules which test different skills and abilities. Exam 1 can be all about memorization, while Exam 3 can be all about pronunciation. In short, you cannot employe statistical extrapolation based on Exams 1 & 2 to determine how the student would have performed on the remaining examinations. This, apparently, has bee going on since 1992-93 when I left their program (18 years of misrepresentation/defamation, etc.). Please give me a break if you see my resume or application, if you will. The CA Office of the Governor is supposed to get back to me with documentation on their end in the coming days. A complaint was filed with their office on December 8th, 2011. They have 30 days to respond. I thank you all for your sympathies and support in a matter which has destroyed pretty much everything, and left me with no assets of which to speak.
When I figured it all out, I didn't know what to feel it's so preposterous . . . All this just because I wanted to better myself through a public higher education . . . My folks are victims of the Japanese American internment camps. It was a huge battle for redress. Now, I have a battle for the same.
AND, While we lacked a motive for this gal at SDSU's Financial Aid/Student Loan Collections to lie to the authorities/court in a 1997 hearing where I got tagged for "verbal abuse," . . . we now have at least TWO MOTIVES. FIRST, the SDSU community thought I was lying about my GPA earned at their university, which made them look bad, even though it was SDSU's error in methods for calculating... my GPA. SECOND, the SDSU Financial Aid/Loan Collections Office screwed up my financial aid, forcing me to withdraw from my courses my last semester there, and after having earned straight 'A's the previous 2 semesters, in the first place! This forced me to take out an emergency student loan of $500 from their office, just to survive and wait, w/o books and materials, for my financial aid to arrive. Well, the F/Aid arrived too late. I complained to the Ombudsman and they investigated and reprimanded the SDSU F/Aid/Ln Collections Office. For these 2 issues, compounded together, the gal retaliated 5 yrs. later in her collection of the emergency student loan debt! She made a verbal deal with me to release my transcripts if I paid her $250. The transcripts never arrived at UCSB. She claimed she never made the agreement. What she did was retaliate for the 2 issues. She engaged in a "passive-aggressive" hate crime that sent me reeling . . . She obviously didn't do it for the money. Neither of us, it appears, knew at that time that my GPA was in error, reduced via "unscientific methodology" from 3.93 out of a 4.0 scale, to approximately 2.17 . . ." The gal now has a "double and compounded motive" for lying to the authorities and the court and was in clear criminal contempt of court." To think that it was her office that led to this entire fiasco in the first place is mind boggling.
Now, just because SDSU's campus looks like a fortified Hispanic styled "Cold War" bomb shelter . . . doesn't mean the personnel are poor or are from disadvantaged backgrounds . . .
Don't let that "I work for food" apparel selection fool you. On the weekends many of them are doing their tourism region thing, you know, out at country clubs, La Costa, La Jolla, Mission Valley, etc., etc.

Again, his office told me that they get 30 days to respond. They still haven't responded WAY, WAY, WAY BEYOND THE "30 DAY" allowance for responding, and the Gov's email, I've noticed, doesn't send a copy of your email to him/his office to your email to maintain an ongoing record of your emails to them. They're looking pretty "shady" . . .
The investigation is for multiple reasons and on behalf of the poor who aren't "obese" relative to the CalFresh (food stamp) program in Ventura County. The Ventura County Human Services program, I suspect, has been intentionally employing, the ".17" coefficient that they use to multiply applicants' monthly income by, to intentionally increase applicant's monthly income to reduce applicant benefits, and redirect Federal monies for CalFresh into their own budget. I've already caught them on a "bait & switch" maneuver they use to recruit applicants, as noted above. To reiterate, they give the applicant an insert which indicates how much they'll qualify for w/o mentioning the ".17" coefficient. Applicants think they're going to get a lot more in benefits according to the qualification scales on the propaganda insert, and they enroll into the program. AFTER enrolling, HOWEVER, a caseworker tells them about the ".17" coefficient and that they'll likely receive less in benefits than they were expecting. For every enrollee into CalFresh, local govts. get paid by the Feds. In the process of investigating whether the CalFresh (Food Stamp) program is, in fact, being carried out in a "bait and switch" manner at County of Ventura Human Services. The program is helpful, but they're telling applicants one thing as the applicants enroll and then telling them another thing after they've already enrolled. A "classic" "bait and switch." People are claiming they're having their benefits reduced, from what they expected, as a result of their monthly income exaggerated by a mysterious coefficient of ".17" which the County multiplies their monthly income by. So far, nobody can tell what this is for or where it's coming from! As applicants are recruited/enrolled, they're not told about the ".17" so it looks like they'll be receiving more funding on their EBT cards! After they've enrolled, they're told by case workers that they'll get less than they were led to believe (at the time they were recruited for the program) by an insert showing them how much they'll qualify for, given their monthly income and household size. It's a bait and switch to get people to enroll. Applicants think they'll get much more on their EBT cards . . .

Yes, black holes are extreme gravity which collect gas dust to form stars. The gas dust is compressed into matter which is extremely dense and the hydrogen within them is so compressed that hydrogen fusion (like in atomic power plants) fuses the atoms together to jump start a chain reaction that produces the energy release we see in our sun! Gravity, or the Holy Ghost, causes the shape of the stars and planets and black holes . . . and shapes the universe and pattern of systems, and is the cause for all energy throughout the Universe. Ultimately, since gravity is the cause for all energy, gravity is also the cause for all the existence of life throughout the Universe, as well . . .
Socially, the shape of the sphere, caused by the Holy Ghost, represents "balance and equality" . . . all points equidistant from each other across the sphere, perfect symmetry.
