"It's been well over 2 weeks since this bug, preventing my add requests from being received by intended MySpace recipients, has been brought to your department's attention. The matter, despite being guaranteed that your department would get back to me on this, continues unaddressed to my great dissatisfaction.
The behavior exhibited by your department appears to be genuinely PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE, and highly inappropriate. I'd like to point out that whether aggression is exhibited in the form of passive or direct aggresssion, it is aggression, either way. Why is your department aggressing me, first, and second, why is your department not communicating? You are giving me the impression that there is some brooding brat with emotional issues of passive-aggression and a lack of maturity causing the problem.
I noted yesterday's Wall St. Journal article indicating a massive drop off on the value of MySpace's stock. Perhaps issues such as these have turned supposedly "valued customers" off. I am not under the impression that MySpace CAN AFFORD to continue such games.
Please address the issue immediately and appropriately, and address the bug which is preventing my add requests from being received by their intended MySpace recipients.
