THE REASON IS OBVIOUS: I'M BEING BLACKLISTED AND UNDERCUT IN PAY BY THESE INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR 'PART-AMERICAN INDIAN, LOS ANGELINO' PERSONALITIES . . .

AS RESPRENTATIVES OF THE VALUES AND ETHICS OF THE LOS ANGELES BUSINESS AND POLITICAL COMMUNITY, I CONDEMN THE REGION'S BEHAVIOR AS IRRESPONSIBLE, UNETHICAL AND FLAGERANTLY VIOLATIVE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA'S LABOR CODE.

PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA LABOR CODE 1050 - 1053, IT IS 'UNLAWFUL' FOR EMPLOYERS TO ENGAGE IN:

- Preventing or attempting to prevent a former employee from getting work through misrepresentation.

- Knowingly permitting or failing to take reasonable steps to prevent blacklisting.

- In a statement about why an employee was discharged or left employment, implying something other than what is explicitly said, or providing information that was not requested.

I REGARD THIS BEHAVIOR AS 'DEEPLY TROUBLED AND SERIOUSLY MISGUIDED' . . . AND I AM SHOCKED AND AMAZED, AS I AM, MYSELF, A NATIVE-BORN LOS ANGELINO . . . HAILING FROM PASADENA, CA . . .
