KATSURA STATED:

"Okay, so I wanted to share with you a few things relative to my ideas for producing many points of hydrogen fuel manufacturing across America . . . as a replacement strategy for the failued green biofuels strategy . . .

In addition to what I mentioned yesterday, I'd also like to point out that when we are producing hydrogen fuel along moving inland waterways throughout the nation, we will be releasing mass amounts of oxygen into the air, as well, as we are producing mass amounts of hydrogen fuel . . . helping to reverse the impact of air pollution taking place over so many decades . . .  We could also use the byproduct oxygen for industrial purposes, as well . . .

We will be producing hydrogen fuel at the 'point of source,' such as one of the many new dams, which will provide many new jobs for Americans, across the nation . . . By producing hydrogen fuel at the point of source, we will take advantage of the ready supply of water which will provide clean and safe energy for the manufacture of hydrogen fuel, as well as the providing for the material wherewithall for the fuel, itself.

Can it get any better than that . . . America!

Now, this is my strategy for 'inland' hydrogen fuel production . . .   However, I also want to exploit ocean wave currents . . . in which we will build (more jobs) offshore platforms to harness the energy from constant ocean currents . . . which will turn turbines, produce electricity and we will utilize sea water . . . to produce offshore hydrogen fuel, again, at the point of source!  We will dispose of the salt byproduct right back into the ocean, and we will pump the hydrogen fuel to shore!  As a byproduct of hydrogen fuel production offshore, we will be releasing oxygen into the ocean air atmosphere . . . in large quantities, as well!

Well, America!  It turns out that it CAN get better than that, can't it?! . . .

Finally, we will do something that nobody has thought of to the best of my understanding:  We will produce a . . . 'hybrid hydrogen fuel' vehicles and maritime vessels . . .  This will reduce too much demand upon our growing hydrogen fuel making capacity and allow us time to fully develop it.  This will also reduce the size of the hydrogen fuel cell needed in cars, boats and proposed hybrid hydrogen fueled ocean going and great lake vessels, as well . . . as I understand that the hydrogen fuel cell size has been a concern in the past . . .

Incidentally, we have allowed the maritime industry to go unnoticed relative to air pollution . . . and we need for this industry to be accountable, along with the rest of us, eh?  The massive amounts of air pollution caused by marine-going and Great Lakes vessels is huge and we must address this issue along with land-based issues causing global warming . . .  Subsequently, I have, within my energy strategy the maritime, Great Lakes and transportation industries in mind, as well, for retrofit with hybrid hydrogen power, as well . . .
